Can I print photos taken or use the images for a publication?
No, we reserve the rights to all photos appearing on this site. The reprint rights are the property of Tampa Sports Photography and all materials on this web site are protected by U.S. Copyright Laws.
However, you may purchase the High Resolution File of the image you desire for your own personal printing purposes. Purchasing the files also gives you the right to use that file on the web. For more information on U.S. Copyright, click here.
Do we schedule an entire season?
While we agree it is nice to schedule an entire season, it is a rarity we would accept under our base terms. The typical scenario we deal with is a school, club or organization will select a set of special games for us to attend and photograph: Rivalry; Home Coming; Tournaments; Team Pictures.

Is there a minimum amount of sales required?
No. That being said, if we do not make a reasonable profit on an event we will look at it more closely before accepting it in the future.

How does the referral program work?
If you are a non-profit organization; school; club; or organization we will pay you a referral fee based upon our profit from the event. Our base calculation is 2% of profit on events that generate less than $100.00 profit; 5% of profit on events generating between $100 and $250 profit and 10% of profit on events generating more than $250 profit,

How long in advance should we schedule?
Typically one to two months in advance of the event will supply plenty of time.
